We work closely with our hospital partners to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality medical care and have a seamless experience when booking appointments through our platform. We are proud to collaborate with these world-class medical institutions and to offer our clients the opportunity to access their expertise and services.
We charge a service fee to facilitate the appointment with our partner hospitals. This fee is payable at the time of booking. The cost of the medical consultation or treatment will be between you and the hospital. For more information on our cancellation and refund policy, please refer to the policy outlined in Clause 8.
Medical charges refer to the costs incurred for medical services, treatments, procedures, and supplies that are provided by healthcare professionals and facilities. When using the FeCare international hospital booking service, it is important to note that any medical charges incurred during your appointment or stay at an international hospital will be the responsibility of the client and are not the responsibility of FeCare. FeCare is not responsible for any medical charges incurred during the appointment or stay at the international hospital.
Please note that there is a chance that the hospital may reject your appointment request. In the event of a requested hospital rejection, we will notify you and work with you to find an alternative solution. Please be aware that in such cases, we may charge a small fee and issue a refund. We recommend booking your appointment well in advance to increase the likelihood of a successful booking.
The appointment date is subject to the availability of our international hospital partners, and we will do our best to accommodate your requested date and time. However, the final appointment date and time will be confirmed by the hospital. We recommend that you book your appointment well in advance to ensure availability. If the requested appointment date is not available, we will work with you to find an alternative date and time that meets your needs.
The estimated time for appointment confirmation will vary depending on the specific hospital and circumstances. The duration to have a confirmed appointment is relying on the hospital, not FeCare. We will make every effort to facilitate the booking process and keep you informed of any updates or changes regarding your appointment.
Rescheduling appointments with our international hospital partners is possible, but it is subject to availability. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to notify us of the change. We will work with the hospital to find an alternative date and time that meets your needs, but please be aware that this may not always be possible.
If the hospital is unable to accommodate your rescheduling request, the cancellation and refund policies will apply. Please see Clause 8 for more information on our cancellation and refund policies.
Please note that we cannot guarantee that a rescheduling request will be successful, as this is reliant on the availability of the hospital and its medical staff. We recommend that you book your appointment well in advance to increase the likelihood of finding a suitable alternative appointment time.
