The service fee charged by FeCare may vary depending on the specific hospital and circumstances. The fee is payable at the time of booking and is separate from the medical consultation or treatment fees charged by the hospital.
In the event of a requested hospital rejection, we will notify you and work with you to find an alternative solution. Please be aware that in such cases, we may charge a small fee and issue a refund.
We recommend booking your appointment well in advance to increase the likelihood of a successful booking. The estimated time for appointment confirmation will vary depending on the specific hospital and circumstances.
Rescheduling appointments with our international hospital partners is possible, but it is subject to availability. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to notify us of the change.
